Tape is a trio from Stockholm, Sweden, formed in 2000, building their music from a whole array of acoustic instruments, computer and field recordings.
A Spire is from Tapes 2005 album Rideau.
This only reinforces my desire to listen to more Tape. Delicate, beautiful.

“Untitled-2” - William Basinski
It’s true, I love Basinski. I’ve been slowly picking my way through his discography for some time now, and it just gets better as I progress. Up on my recent listens is Melancholia, a very palatable and easily digestible album by Basinski’s standards; 45 minutes long and in 14 individual pieces.
I’m not quite sure how I can put across my feelings for this piece. Once again, Basinski has left me quite speechless. Simply wonderful
